		<description>I&#039;m with you, Mary. I think the rubber between the toes would be annoying, even just walking on the beach. A nice pair of espadrilles with silky ribbons: tres chic. Running? Not so much.</description>

This new style of running made me use muscles I haven&#039;t used.  I suggest running HALF the distance the first few times in these &quot;shoes&quot;, but I do recommend them.</description>
