Hopefully it was packed Saturday and will be again today, because it was great! This is not a craft show, it's an artisan show. You can buy goods you simply don't find elsewhere. I could barely make my way to the restaurant I was meeting TBG at, I had so many bags to carry! I bought myself a vintage tapestry coat reworked with fur collar and cuffs, from www.creativecoats.com ; picked up some necklaces made from vintage maps and sheet music at www.suerosengardjewelry.com ; and found a really cool metal magnet board and magnets at Objects Decoratifs out of Montreal. These vendors are also regulars at the Chicago sale, and I'm hoping the NYC promotors got the word out so enough people shop the sale this weekend, and they're back in NYC next year.
