This is such a sad story ... those broken chips are a tragedy and I think Stacy's Pita Chips should send you three more bags!

The Queen Mum emailed Moi the broken pretzel recipe this morning. Any volunteers to test it with broken Stacey's Pita Chips?

Don't know how this would work with broken chips:

2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
3 T. sugar
3/4 cup margarine
8 oz cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 8oz. cool whip
1 lg or 2 sm. pkgs. strawberry jello
2 c boiling water
1 pt. frozen strawberries

Cream 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine together. Add pretzels. Press into a 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake 10 min. at 350. Let cool. Cream together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel mixture, being sure to seal edges and then refrigerate. Mix together strawberry jello, water and strawberries. Let it partially set. Spoon mixture over cream cheese layer and refrigerate.
