After visiting Germany and bringing Handlmaier's Sweet Bavarian Mustard home with us, nothing else will do on our Brats. The German deli did not have it but they were able to order it for us. It was sweet and you said you couldn't find it in Chicago. I believe it was Handlmaier's sweet mustard but just double checking. Now that I am close to Logan Square I'll keep an eye out. By the way...what is the name of that wasabi something you have in the picture. It's the tall bottle in the back, it's a raspberry color almost and you served it when you made salmon cakes.
